Warranty
The warranty period is one year from the date of delivery. This warranty supersedes statutory rights, allowing COLLECTION BY CANAY to decide whether to repair, replace, or refund defective items.
There is no entitlement to compensation for damages or inconvenience due to faulty goods.
The warranty excludes damages caused by improper handling, insufficient care (see care instructions), accidents, or normal wear and tear. It becomes void if unauthorized third parties perform repairs or modifications.
How to Care for Your Jewelry
To ensure that your valuable piece of jewelry is preserved for generations, careful maintenance is essential. While diamonds and colored gemstones are notably resilient, it’s important to protect your jewelry from unnecessary stress. Avoid wearing your pieces during physically demanding activities to prevent scratches and damage.
Keep your jewelry away from chemicals, including household cleaners, disinfectants, perfumes, and cosmetics, as these can harm both the gemstones and the metal. Regularly clean your jewelry with mild soap and a soft toothbrush, then thoroughly dry it with a soft cloth.
