Delivery Time

If the jewelry item is in stock, it is typically delivered within 10 business days. However, if your desired product is not available, we will begin crafting it after we receive your order. Depending on the complexity of the design, this production process may take between 6 to 8 weeks. Rest assured that we will keep you updated on the progress throughout the entire process, so you receive your item as soon as it is completed.

Custom Orders 

The production time for custom orders varies based on individual requests. Typically, the entire process, from the initial consultation to the design and final creation, takes about 8 weeks. We place great importance on ensuring that every detail meets your expectations, and we will keep you continuously updated on the progress throughout the production process.

Returns within 14 Business Days

We gladly accept returns within 14 business days of receiving your order. 

Return Procedure and Product Condition

To ensure a smooth process, please contact us at info@collectionbycanay.com before returning any products, and let us know the reason for your return so we can assist you as best as possible.

Products must be returned in their original, unused condition, free from any signs of wear or damage, and in their original packaging. 

Please ensure they are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

To process your return, we require a receipt of purchase. Please note that we cannot guarantee the safe receipt of returned products.

Payment Refund

After receiving and verifying your return, we will quickly notify you via email to confirm its receipt. This notification will also include whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within a few days. We will use the same payment method you used to place your order.

Pending or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days, please contact your bank, as there may be processing time required before the refund is posted. If you still do not receive your refund after taking this step, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@collectionbycanay.com.

Postage Costs Excluded from Refund

Please be aware that postage costs for returns are non-refundable.

Product Exchange

Exchanges are available only for items that are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@collectionbycanay.com.

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Custom Products

Orders for custom-made or personalized products are excluded from returns and exchanges. This applies to all products that have been crafted or engraved according to your specifications.
